Los Angeles Police Department Wilshire Major Assault Crimes detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that may lead to the arrest of the suspect responsible for the stabbing of a victim.

On March 21, 2015, around 8:20 p.m., Wilshire officers received a radio call, “Respond to a hospital regarding an ADW with a knife”, in the 2300 block of S. La Cienega Boulevard. Upon arrival officers met with the victim who stated he and the suspect became involved in a verbal altercation over a parking issue.

The altercation escalated and the suspect removed a knife from his right rear waistband and stabbed the victim on the left side of his neck. The victim then rode his bicycle to the nearest hospital to treat his injuries. The victim is in stable condition and was released from the hospital.

The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, between 25-35 years-old. He stands between 5 feet 8 inches tall and 5 feet 9 inches tall. He weighs between 170-180 pounds. He was wearing all white clothing.
The suspect also had a passenger in his car at the time of the incident. She is described as a female Hispanic, between 25-35 years-old. She stands between 5 feet 6 inches tall and 5 feet 7 inches tall. She weighs between 135-140 pounds. She was wearing a black v-neck blouse, light pants and light shoes.
The suspect car is described as a possible late 1990 to early 2000 Toyota Four Runner (SUV), silver in color.
